My specialty is personalized retreats from a 1/2 day retreat to several days with an overnight option for individuals or groups, allowing for deeper transformation and integration. Custom selected modalities, Nature therapy experiences with meditation and connection practices out on the red rocks around Sedona, inner-child work, song ceremony or sound with the elements, sunrise yoga, self-reflection and forming daily practices are examples of what one experiences in these retreats.
